Borates Hydrocarbons Gallery
This gallery includes both the Borate minerals and Hydrocarbons. There is actually no chemical basis to include these two classes in the same gallery, but rather the small number of species representated. The Borates include which include the subclasses Nesoborates, Inoborates, Phylloborates and Tektoborates. These include the species Borax, Kernite, Ulexite, Colemanite, Boracite, Hambergite, Jeremejevite, Ludwigite, Hydroxylborite, Fluoborite, Canavesite, Pinakiolite, Sussexite, Szaibelyite, Pinnoite, Inderite, Tincalconite, Ezcurrite, Tunellite, Rhodizite and others. The Hydrocarbons include only nonorganic minerals and include the species of Carpathite, Kratochvilite, Evenkite, Hartite and others.
