Arrowhead Alpines  - Summer Rocks

This is something different. Arrowhead Alpines is one of the best nurseries anywhere in the world for rare and unusual plants. Once each summer, they have a special show at the nursery. Available are large, interesting rocks for the garden (I bring a number of things I self-collect in Michigan's Upper Penisula). This year I will also have a dark brown limestone from the Bayport Quarry with interesting worm tracks in a lighter gray - the quarry workers call it Chinese Writing rock. Also from Bayport will be some fossil plates and la couple limestone pieces with large Chert nodules. I also bring a number of nice minerals including some rare species. These sell quite well since a number of my customers from Michigan's mineral shows also collect rare plants and come to the show. I highly receommend visiting the nursery, you will see plants you will see no where else.
