CeAl₃(PO₄)₂(OH)₆

This is a specimen which both contains a rare species and is from a location from which specimens are seldom seen. In this one specimen, are all the species which are listed for this location. There are numerous micro cinnamon colored Florencite crystals perched on both the Smoky Quartz and the Microcline. The main Topaz crystal is approximately 1 cm in lenght. It is a champagne color, quite clear and gemmy, and with striations on the sides of the termination. The specimen is in fairly good condition with the exception of damage to the termination of the largest Smoky Quartz crystal. The specimen has been glued onto a piece of styrofoam which has in turn been glued onto the bottom of a fold up box. The glue used was a white glue which can be removed by soaking in water.
