Mineral Specimen #938    Purple (Manganoan) Adamite

Mina Ojuela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico

The Adamite crystals on this specimen are actually biolored being yellow and purple. The crystals are very clear and have a high luster. Although the crystals are small, the specimen is in very good condition with no appreaciable damage.
