Copper Falls Mine, Copper Falls, near Eagle Harbor, Keweenaw County, Michigan, USA

This specimen is a small mass of Silver recently found on the dumps of the Copper Falls Mine. The Copper Falls Mine is near Eagle Harbor on the Keweenaw Peninsula. It was one of the earliest mines to be opened in the Michigan Copper District and primarily worked fissure deposits.
