Ex. E. Morales from Crystal Resources, 1980

Parallel orientated Hubnerite crystals which appear black in color but are actually a deep red. However, the red can only be seen with very strong lighting and then it is only visible in places. The Hubnerite crystals have a high luster and are striated. There are small, cubic, colorless/white Fluorite crystals at the base of the Hubnerite crystals which is uncommon on similar specimens from the location. Also, there are small Muscovite crystals covering much of one side of the specimen. This is also unusual for the location. In fact, Muscovite is not listed on mindat for the location; however, there is a specimen posted with Muscovite which has been analyzed - this specimen has not.

Condition: Fairly Good

Flaws: Some of the crystals on the side of the specimen are incomplete.
