Collected by Jim Defoe

A small plate of light green colored, spherical aggregates of fine sand cemented together with Calcite with micro inclusions of Glauconite which is the source of the green color. The color on this specimen is more vivid than usually seen from other specimens from the location which is a small quarry on the edge of the small town of Juda. The quarry is now abandoned and flooded. The specimen is also unusual in that there are a few larger grains of sand present.

Condition: Very Good

Flaws: Some of the spheres are incomplete along the thin side edges.
