Ex. H. R. McBroom from trade with Sam Weller, 1982

Mimetite is present in this specimen in variety of habits as well as a range of colors from bright yellow to red orange. It is likely some of the elongated crystals are in the Mimetite-Pyromorphite series if not actually Pyromorphite. The Campylite crystals are present both as reddish orange and yellow in color, although the yellow only seems to be a thin coating over lighter material almost white in color. This is classic material for which this mine is justly famous.

Condition: Very Good

Flaws: One of the yellow Campylite crystals is incomplete and shows an orange interior.
