Blue violet Strengite on the surface of brown to black colored mixed phosphates. Please note: this specimens was one of several which were in a box in the Pullman collection with an old Melhase label. This label has already been sold with one of the other specimens. Also, there is some possibility this is Phosphosiderite, the dimorph of Strengite. On mindat, there are specimens of both species posted which are indistinguishable in appearance.

Condition: Composed of massive material.

Flaws: Essentially massive material.
