Hackly Gold with some small crystals perched on Quartz. The Quartz has a box work structure within a vug which leads one to speculate that the Gold was originally encased in Calcite which has been etched out either naturally or intentionally to reveal the Gold. This is an older specimen with an old style catalog number on the reverse side with a red border (not pictured). The exact location is unknown; there are literally hundreds of locations in Siskiyou county listed on mindat but only one specimen posted.
