Ex. A. E. Mineral Musuem, Ex. Paul and Jan Clifford collection, purchased 1994
A very good example of Crazy Lace Agate with tight and complex banding and a rich red/orange color. In places, there are concentric eye patterns. There are a couple of small vugs within which is druze Quartz. A first glance, the specimen appears to be polished but close examination along the edges reveal a sealant has been applied. The slab must have been cut with a very fine saw as the untreated side shows no saw marks and is quite nice in its own right.
Condition: Very Good
Flaws: There are a small, hairline cracks around the edges.
