There are a few places where the Chalcopyrite shows through. In these places, the Chalcopyrite is golden color with a reddish tarnish. There is an exposed edge of an Chalcopyrite vein which has a very bright reddish tarnish. Specimens from Honduras are not commonly available which is most likey attributed to the high crime and murder rate which are considered the worst in the world.
