Self collected by H. R. McBroom, 1947
A cluster of Galena crystals with a complex habit with subcrystals. This specimen is well documentated as to the mine and year in which is collected; this is unusual for a specimen from the Tri State District. The specimen also has an unusual, bronze colored tarnish which is more evenly distributed in person than in the photos. Of the many, many Galena specimens from the Tri State District I have seen over the years, the color is unlike any other specimen.
Condition: Very Good to Excellent
