Mineral Specimen #609    Large Baveno Twin Feldspar Crystal

Unknown Location

Ex. Philadelphia Academy of Sciences

This specimen was formerly part of the collection from the Philadelphia Academy of Sciences. When it was purchased by Collector's Edge, there was no documentation with it. I have shown it to several people and the two places which have been suggested as locations are New Hampshire and Brazil. Please note the small black crystals, most likely a rare earth oxide.

36 x 9.5 x 7.5 cm
