A thick cluster of Emerald crystals on a feldspar matrix which have very good color. The color of Emerald is extremely hard to accurately reproduce with a digital camera and requires much editing. The color in these pictures is close, but in real life, the color of this specimen is even better. The color is richer in the larger crystals. Although not of gem quality, the crystals are translucent and almost gemmy, especially with the small crystals.

Condition: Good

Flaws: Only a few of the crystals are terminated; however, the large crystal at the top of the specimen is terminated. The specimen does feel as if it has been oiled. This is an extremely common practice with both Emerald specimens and cut stones.
