On one side of this specimen, white to clear colored, twinned Calcite crystals covers Marcasite. On the reverse side, most of the Marcasite is exposed and can be seen to be composed of small, flattened crystals with a slight iridescent luster. The Calcite has a high, glossy luster and the Marcasite has a high metallic luster. Classic material and nice on either side of the specimen.

Condition: Good

Flaws: There is some minor bruising on the larger Calcite crystals on the Calcite side of the specimen. On the Marcasite side of the specimen, the larger crystals are cleaved. The Marcasite crystals are in very good condition.
