The predominate color of theFluorite in this specimen is a yellow/amber color with thin bands of various colors of violet/purple near the surface which in places shades into blue. These bands of color are only a few millimeters below the surface. The overall appearance of the specimen is a reddish amber brown because of the color combination of the yellow/amber below the violet. Included within the crystals are small Chalcopyrite crystals. The Fluorite is relatively transparent and the surfaces have a high, glossy luster.
Condition: Good
Flaws: There are minor chips on some of the edges and corners. There is an internal cleave in cone of the larger crystals.
