A cluster of large Apophyllite crystals for which a broken crystal termination actually enhances the appearance and interest of the specimen. That is because the resulting flat cleave perpendicular to the C axis reveals an interesting "X" pattern of lighter color which crosses diagonally from corner to corner. The color of the Apophyllite ranges from light green to white to clear. The other large, intact crystal, has its green color in the center with white on either end. The difference in colors in this crystal corresponds to the cleaves going across the interior of the crystal indicating the same variation in composition which causes the difference in color also causes stress. The surfaces of the crystals has a high glossy luster.

Condition: Very Good

Flaws: A termination of the two largest Apophyllite crystals is cleaved. There are also internal cleaves in the crystals.
