Mineral Specimen #498 Aquamarine and Schorl Tourmaline
Erongo Mountain, Erongo Region, Namibia
The Aquamarine crystals on this specimen are well formed hexagonal crystals. They are an attractive blue color with a hint of green. The crystals are very clear and have very high luster. Scattered across them are small Schorl crystals. The base is composed of Albite. The specimen is in very good condition with only very small chips in the terminations edges which are not very noticeable. The specimen is quite attractive.
