Santa Eulalia District, Mun. de Aquiles Serdan, Chihuahua, Mexico
Ex. Don Langham Pre 1975
A mix of Pyrite and Chalcopyrite crystals have grown on the surface pf a group of relatively large rhombahedral Calcite crystals. The Calcite crystals are light gray on the surface and exhibit some hopper growth. There are also a few second generation, small, white double terminated, Calcite crystals on the surface. Where the Calcite is cleaved, the underlying color has a very light pink tint which fluoresce pink/orange under UV (a bit more vividly under LW than SW).
Condition: Fairly Good
Flaws: Two of the corners of the largest Calcite crystal are damaged.
