Mineral Specimen #4661    Inesite

Hale Creek Mine, Trinity Co., California

Ex. Steve Pullman

Ca2(Mn,Fe)7Si10O28(OH)2·5H2O

The Inesite crystals on this specimen exhibit a rich, rosy pink color - about as good as can found from this location (or elsewhere for that matter).

Condition: Very Good

Flaws: There is a crack which only extends partial within the specimen. The specimen is not in danger of breaking - too make sure, I used a lot of force to try to break it and it is quite solid underneath.

4.2 x 3 x 2.6 cm

$75 / Reserved
