Black colored Sphalerite crystals with a very high metallic luster and with the many small crystals faces, the specimen has a lot of sparkle. Many of the crystals have curved edges and surfaces and a couple have an appearance similar to garnet. Marmatite is a varietal name for black colored, iron rich Sphalerite.
Condition: Good
Flaws: There is area along the edges where there are no intact crystals. There are a few places where the intact crystals have minor bruising.
