Mineral Specimen #4459    Diopside

Wakefield, Quebec, Canada

Collected By Dr. George Robinson

Three Diopside crystals collected by Dr. George Robinson, retried curator of the A. E. Seaman Museum and noted author. The color of the crystals is a gray/green (note: not quite as green tinted as in the photos). The crystals are a bit crudely formed and have many attached sub crystals.

Condition: Good

Flaws: minor wear on the edges on two of the terminations.

4.7 x 2.6 x 1.8 and 3.6 x 1.8 x 1.7 and 3.7 x 1.8 x 1.7 cm
