A very nice Wulfenite crystals rises from a nearly white colored Calcite druze. The color of the Wulfenite is a rich red/orange for which the Red Cloud mine is noted. The crystal is well formed with beveled edges and fairly transparent. The specimen is in fairly good condition but one corner of the Wulfenite crystal near its base, is damaged which evident in the some of the pictures. The specimen has been hot glued onto an acrylic base.
