A knobby Hematite stalactite with a reniform surface. Looking at the bottom of the specimen, it can be seen the outer surface is an overgrowth over a previous stalactite. Please note, the specimen does not stand straight upright, but at an angle but could readily be attached to an acrylic base. The specimen is in very good condition but there is some minor peeling of the very most outer layers which are very thin and do distract from the appearance of the specimen.
