A well formed, hexagonal, half crystal of Hematite attached to matrix. On top of the Hematite crystal are small, clear Quartz crystals. Below this Hematite crystal is part of another similar crystal with two smaller crystals wedged is a near perpendicular orientation to the larger crystals. The specimen is in good condition . However, there is a small crack in the largest crystal and some of the Quartz crystals are broken.
