One main Tourmaline crystal with multiple subcrystals attached at different angles. Just below the termination, there is a stack of small attached crystals. The main crystal is overall quite gemmy and consists of four distinct colors. The bottom half is an olive green. In the middle is a section of green with a slight blue tint (more noticable in person). Above this is a section of pure green. At the termination, there is a layer of pink between 1 and 2 mm thick. The main crystal has a single beveled face. The crystals are striated and have a high luster. The gemmines is more apparent in person. From a location from which Tourmaline specimens are seldom available. The location is best known for its black, carbon included. Kyanite. The specimen is in very good condition with the exception of a few internal fractures perpendicular to the C axis typical for a Tourmaline crystal.
