Mineral Specimen #4089 Calcite, Quartz, Pyrite, Andradite Garnet, Hematite
Rising above the surface of the specimen are two stalactic growths of Calcite composed of multiple small pointed crystals. The color of these two growths is white with a gray shade. These rise above a surface mostly covered with small Quartz crystals which are white in color and colored reddish at their bases with Hematite. Below this is a mix of sulfides and more Calcite. At the very bottom of the specimen is massive olive green to reddish brown colored Andradite Garnet. There are a few small, well formed Pyrite crystals on the Quartz.
The specimen is in very good condition with no appreciable damage.
