A very attractive pair of conjoined Quartz crystals with interesting inclusions. The top third of the larger crystal is quite transparent and displays the inclusions well. In one area, a mass of sparkly, dark green Chlorite crystals is present. Throughout the base, is a white to pale pink/orange colored material which the Brazilian dealers call 'sand' but is likely a mix of clay species. Of particular note are unidentified, white colored rhombahedral shapes. These have the shape of either Dolomite or Calcite and appear to be replaced by more of the 'sand'. There are also casts of this same material on the back side and bottom of the specimen. The specimen is in good condition with the exception of minor chipping on the edges and terminations. Also some internal cleaves.
