There is a druzy layer of micro crystals of Quartz overlaying both the Andradite Garnets and the large Quartz crystals. The micro Quartz crystals are quite sparkly and translucent with the color of the Garnets showing through. There is also massive Sphalerite in the matrix of the specimen. The specimen is in very good to excellent condition.
