Dundas Quarry, West Flamborough Twp., Wentworth Co., Ontario, Canada
5.8 x 5.4 x 2.8 cm
Sold
A most unusual lilac purple color for Celestine which is caused by the inclusion of micro Fluorite. This quarry is famous for this type of specimen and is the only place I know of where similar specimens can be found. The specimen is from an old collection in the Detroit area and is from the 1960s/1970s.
The specimen is in excellent condition with no appreciable damage.
