Alto Ligonha pegmatites, Alto Ligonha District, Zambezia Province, Mozambique

This specimen is most likely from the days when Mozambique was a Portuguese colony. The specimen is a rich pink color except for the base which has a green rind around a purple core. The sides are striated but the termination is made of three flat triangles with beveled edges between them. The specimen is in quite good condition.
