A relatively large crystal perched on a mass of Copper with casts of what was likely Calcite. The size of the crystal is 18 x 20 x 17 mm and is dodecahedral in shape although not all of the faces are present. The specimen looks as if it was cleaned relatively recently, perhaps several years ago and was likely collected at the same time from the dumps of the Central mine. These dumps are now off limits to field collectors and are being crushed and hauled away to be used as road foundation.
