Mineral Specimen #1941 Adularia

This specimen is from a quarry just south of Boston where Alpine like minerals can be found. Adularia is a form of K-Feldspar. The crystals on this specimen have formed a stacked mound with the crystals point in all directions. The specimen is in good condition with only minor damage. The bottom has been sawed flat which results in the stack of crystals being vertically upright.
