Although primarily an Aquamarine, one end of the specimen has a noticeable pink color to it (although pale). The specimen has a very high luster and some perfectly clear sections. The most interesting aspect of the specimen is that one side has a flat cystal face which is unusual with a specimen from this location with the etched habit. Specimens like this most likely have this habit due to a redisolution during the growth of the crystal.
