The Feldspar crystal on this specimen is quite nice although of what species is unclear. There was no label with the specimen, so the location is not known either. The Feldspar crystal has well developed, beveled faces and hollowed out growth patterns. As an added bonus, there is a section of a Tourmaline crystal on one of the corners of the Feldspar crystal. The color is a pale olive green with a thin outer layer of pink. This type of Tourmaline is sometimes called a reverse Watermelon because the pink is the rind and the green is in the interior. Despite the broken Tourmaline, the Feldspar crystal is in good condition with little damage.
