A large piece of Wernerite with outstanding yellow color under long wave UV. The color is pretty evenly distributed throughout the specimen. Wernerite is a variety of the Scapolite group. This is a very attractive fluorescent specimen and was part of Don Langham's fluorescent display which he exhibited at mineral shows in southern Michigan in the 1960s and ealry 1970s.
