Mineral Specimen #133 Azurite
Bisbee, Warren District, Mule Mts, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
This specimen is composed of a very thin plate. On one side, there are dark blue aricular micro crystals of Azurite arranged in small spheres. On the other side, about a third of the specimen has a layer of an unidentified powder blue material. There are actually places where there are holes between the Azurite spheres. This specimen appears similar to those from the Copper Queen Mine, but it was just labeled Bisbee.
