Mineral Specimen #1323    Datolite

Quincy Mine, Quincy Hill, Houghton County, Michigan, USA

This Datolite is composed of multiple nodules which on the exterior appear as one nodule. The color is a porcelain white with a bit of pink/red which due to micro inclusions of Copper. The specimen is in excellent condition with a high polish.
