River Valley Garnet Occurrence, Sudbury District, Ontario, Canada
A large singel crystal of Almandine Garnet with attached Mica. Like most of the Garnets from this location, there is fracturing of some of the surfaces. Some of the other surfaces are well formed. The color is a good reddish color pretty typical of Almandine Garnet.
