Mineral Specimen #1254 Tourmaline with Lepidolite

This specimen consists of a jumble of small, pale green Tourmaline crystals which have a high luster. A few of the crystals have a pink interior including one crystal which is much larger than the rest. This crystal is just under 3 cm long. There are a few small crystals which are clear. A few other crystals have a dark blue layer on the flat termination. The specimen is in fairly good condition. The larger crystals are not terminated and tend to have internal fractures. Many of the smaller crystals are terminated.
