Here is an unusual specimen. Native Copper and Silver from New Jersey. The green is Chrysocolla. The label lists Hydrocuprite. This is not a valid species, but according to Bayliss is a term used for aricular Cuprite. Possibly this refers to the dendritic black material. The slab appears to have been coated with something.
