To order minerals, please fill in the following form. Make sure the address is your shipping address.
For each item you wish to purchase, enter a line item in the text box at the bottom of the screen.This should included the Item Number, the name/description of the mineral, and the price. Examples are below:
#143 Azurite and Malachite $75
T76 Benitoite $200
S8 Anilite TN loose $12
There is also another optional text box to be used if you have any further instructions for me.
Then click the Submit button. An email will be sent to me. I will respond with an email ASAP with availability of specimens, shipping costs, a total and further payment instructions. For each item you wish to purchase, enter a line item in the text box at the bottom of the screen.
