A large specimen of well crystallized, precipitate native Copper coated with micro crystalline Cuprite on a limonite matrix. The Cuprite gives the Copper a maroon coloration. The specimen was collected after the pumps had been shut off as the water level was rising with the 1200 foot level below the adit now flooded.
