Mineral Specimen #959 Clinozoisite variety Clinothulite with Fluorite and Phlogopite

Clinothulite is a pink colored manganese bearing form of Clinozoisite. Here it is in association with bright purple colored Fluorite and sheets of the mica species, Phlogopite; which is an uncommon combination of minerals. Although the specimen is composed of massive material, it is quite attractive due to the color combination.
