Mineral Specimen #918 Anglesite included in Sulfur
Erupcion Mine, Ahumada, Sierra de Los Lamentos, Chihuahua, Mexico
This is a very old specimen. This material was found in the upper levels of the mine which would date it in the late 1900s. A rather unusual combination of species which seems unique to this location. Although from the Don Langham collection, it is likely it was bought from K&J Entreprises; there was number of similar specimens in their stock when I bought it 1997 (now long gone).
