Lower New Street quarry, Paterson, Passaic Co., New Jersey, USA

This is from a new find at the Lower New Street Quarry. Specimens from this find are some of the most attractive ever found in New Jersey. The Prehnite is well crystallized with curved crystals which form hemispheres. The luster is very high. The color of this specimen is a light green and a bit greener in real life. The specimen is in excellent condition.
