This specimen consists of two generations of Quartz. The first generation is a white and clear rock crystal. Perched on the end of it is a Smoky Quartz crystal with a complex, double terminated habit. The two combined together make for a scepter quartz. The Smoky Quartz crystal has a number of phantoms within it. The specimen is in fairly good condition although the termination has as slight chip and there is one area with an internal fracture.
