Lane & Sons Traprock quarries, Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, USA
This specimen consists of Prehnite crystals after an unidentified bladed mineral (Anhydrite is most likely). The result is a very interestingly shaped specimen. The color is a bright green (more so than in the photos). The luster is quite high in places and the crystals well formed. The specimen is in good condition with some breakage at the ends of the casts which is apparent in the photos.
