A clear tabular Quartz crystal with a distinct faden line running most of its length. Faden is German for thread or fiber. There is an excellent description of the phenomona on mindat which can be found at Faden Quartz

Condition: Good

Flaws: There are a few internal cleaves and some minor chipping on the edges. At one end, there is a small crystal extending at an angle from the main crystal which is incomplete.
